What this website does
This website describes Rice, Heard & Bigelow, Inc. and its services. It is informational only. Nothing on it is legal, tax or investment advice, an offer of services, or a substitute for a conversation with a trustee. Using the site does not make you a client of the firm.
Information we collect
We do not require you to provide any information to read this site. If you choose to send us a note through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, telephone number and message you enter. We use that information only to respond to you. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or add you to any mailing list.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records routine technical information such as the pages requested and the type of browser used, in order to serve the site reliably and securely. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not use social media plug-ins.
Third-party services
The map on our Contact page is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s own privacy policy. The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives a visitor’s IP address when the fonts are loaded, under Google’s own privacy policy. The Client Login link leads to a secure portal operated by our account services provider, which is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy, not by this page.
Client information
Information about clients and the trusts we administer is held in confidence under the duties that apply to us as trustees and is never published on this site. Clients who wish to review how we safeguard their information should contact their trustee directly.

We try to keep this site accurate and current but make no warranty that it is free of error. We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to.
